I got in a ski crash, suffering a concussion, broken wrist, torn thumb ligaments, facial tissue damage, and bit a large chunk of my lip. The team did an amazing job treating everything quickly. They took x-rays on site, reduced my broken wrist, managed my pain, sutured my lip and face, and splinted my wrist and thumbs. Based on good reviews, I drove here with my sick child, and we were refused in providing care. The front desk assistant checked the insurance, said they don't take HMO. However I was advising him that I will be paying out of pocket, he advised me that will be cheaper to go to Truckee down town Urgent care and send me there. Not cool at all, when you get refused in care of your sick child.
So happy we drove a little further to bring our sick daughter here while we were on vacation from out of state. Dr Purgason and staff were excellent. So patient with our 3 year old who doesn’t cooperate well at the drs. We didn’t wait at all to be seen and were in and out very quickly with a script to get her on the mend asap. They didn’t do any unnecessary testing or exams and gave us the reassurance we needed. Highly recommend!
Fantastic staff who helped so many family members with broken everything! They’re the best
I came in for an infected big toe. Dr. Baier consulted, Dr. Zeras did the procedure to drain the infection and RN Teal assisted in the process. Other staff (who I didn’t get the names) also assisted. Receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. Overall, a 5- star experience.
