I do not live here, but the times I drove though here I am very impressed by the cleanliness and it seems like a close and inviting community and it overlooks the airport with nice views.
No maintenance and keep raising lot rent....
What really stands out about this park is the sense of community. People look out for one another, the property is maintained, and management is easy to work with. It’s a comfortable, affordable place that feels like home.
Absolutely think Charley has done an amazing job since taking over management, and people in the community adore her....
