How can I give it no star? My engine was burning oil at 60,000 miles, but it was covered under the warranty. So they decided to change out my engine, but even getting to this point took like 2 months. Lo and behold 1 month after the new engine was installed, the car catches on fire. The investigation concluded that it started from the alternator, so Kia immediately denied responsibility. But rewiring is required to change out the engine. No customer service whatsoever. They are thieves and liars. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I PROMISE YOU IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
