Naomi was very helpful, welcoming and kind
Sal, Irma and Marcos are the most horrible sales people you can ever deal with. They sold a car to an 80 year who is suffering from mental decline, and an alcoholic who brought him in to purchase the car. I called and explained to them within 2 weeks of the lease and they refused to do anything to work with us to get the car returned. They are liars and dishonest people and I will be contacting the BBB as well as 7 on my side to report the gross business practices of this dealership.
I just purchased my car through Sully and the experience was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, straight to the point, and actually listened to what I needed instead of just trying to push a sale. He broke everything down clearly so I understood the deal, and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, keeps it real, and makes the process stress-free, I’d definitely recommend going to Sully.
They scammed me unwanted warranties, totaled to 6k that I didn’t ask for a higher apr rate about 23% and no spare tire at all and then I tried returning it didn’t wanna take it back after 2 days
