NORTHSTAR RV/ NORTHSTAR INDUSTRIES
I bought a used rv a few months ago; this is my first experience owning a rv. I have all of the manuals explaining the things that I should understand as a rv owner, however, I still donât understand everything. Randy and Ricky took the time to answer some of my questions while I was there to have a few plumbing issues fixed. Randyâs specialty is the coach issues. Ricky replaced my transmission and my rv is strong and dependable. Don is the owner, and he provides a warranty that can be used in any state because Don has a relationship with other rv businesses that sell and/or repair these transmissions. As an older woman who travels with her mother this is beneficial and comforting when traveling far from home on our own. Don, Randy, and Ricky have been helping rv owners for decades. Their experience shines through. They work fast to diagnose the problem and they get back to me in a timely manner. They returned my rv to me ahead of schedule, which made me very happy. I appreciated being informed of an issue and them taking the time to educate me about my options. Iâm on a fixed income and I am so glad that I wasnât taken advantage of and overcharged. All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an experienced, honest, and pleasant rv repair service.
