I cannot say enough good about Jeanette Slater, FNPc at Northstar Healthcare. Today was my first visit as a new patient at Northstar Healthcare and it was the most positive and productive visit to a healthcare provider I've ever had. Laura and her staff are amazing. This is the best care I’ve ever received from medical professionals and I’ve never felt better. They listen, take every symptom seriously and work diligently to find solutions. They go way above and beyond and exceed all expectations. So happy to have found them and highly recommend.
I have been with Laura Mason for over 20 years. Love her, but cannot get anyone to ever answer the phone, even to just make an appt. 48 hour return call time frame does not work. Sadly will have to explore other options.
I have been with Northstar and Laura Mason for about 21 years and I think that says so much. I have always found the staff incredibly kind and willing to go above and beyond what passes for normal with other medical facilities. They have always taken time to explain everything and about anything I needed. I always come here first, then I see my specialists when I have need more specialization.
