Truck has been in for service multiple times to have factory ordered dealer installed winch completed. Multiple wrong parts ordered and multiple errors with install.

Technicians obviously don't have a clue. My reverse lights was flashing with my signal lights on my f150. Told them I installed new headlights after that issue was already here. They wasted my money but checking the headlights for the problem. 3 hours for a mechanic to check the same things I checked in a hour. I ended up resetting the battery management system and the problem went away. Ridiculous that a Ford technician doesn't have doing that as step number one
