Absolutely a waste of time to deal with this place.
Dropped my truck off in November for some warranty work, we are a week away from March and I still don't have it yet. One excuse after the other.
Avoid this place. Incompetent technicians. Brought vehicle for service and for a look at some minor issues covered under warranty. Got the vehicle back, no brake pressure. "Check brake system" flashing on the dash. Have to put the pedal to the floor to stop at a stop sign. 7 phone calls, 1 not returned voicemail, multiple texts, nothing. Service Manager Michael Penney couldn't be bothered to rectify the situation. Expects customer to pay out of pocket to tow the vehicle to the dealer to be fixed as it's unsafe to be driven. ... read more
I never write reviews about car dealerships but this is my first one because I had to say something about the level of continuous top notch customer service and support I always receive from this location of Ford. Dawn Mackie is the only person I will trust to handle my fleet truck for any of my services and repairs. She is always super professional and treats you like part of the family there at this Ford dealership.
