I asked for an oil change and a diagnosis on a code that had come up then went away, just to make sure everything was fine. The diagnosis was done and everything had come back normal, but no oil change. It’s disappointing that the oil change was not done. Edit to add: I had to call to get an update and found out my truck was done getting an oil change. Wondering why they never called to tell me this.

Worst experience I ever had. No updates and when I tell them that I need the truck next day for work they did not update they just let me hanging. Will never get a @Ford if this is the customer experience Marty brags about well I don't want it.
