Avoid this place. Incompetent technicians. Brought vehicle for service and for a look at some minor issues covered under warranty. Got the vehicle back, no brake pressure. "Check brake system" flashing on the dash. Have to put the pedal to the floor to stop at a stop sign. 7 phone calls, 1 not returned voicemail, multiple texts, nothing. Service Manager Michael Penney couldn't be bothered to rectify the situation. I never write reviews about car dealerships but this is my first one because I had to say something about the level of continuous top notch customer service and support I always receive from this location of Ford. Dawn Mackie is the only person I will trust to handle my fleet truck for any of my services and repairs. this is the worse mechanic i've ever been too, they charged me 500$ on my vehicle and wanted to charge me more for extra diagonostic just for the car to be messed up again 5 days later, i went back again to have it fixed and they said theyre all booked and never called me back just check if i needed the appointment, i had to go to another car shop and they fixed my car for me within 3 days meanwhile in ford northstar took 10 DAYS and it was never even properly fixed, i wish i NEVER spent a dime at that place. i wouldnt recom... read more
Brought my vehicle in for is 48000km service. A few days before I had a major safety issue. My dash lit up like a Christmas tree and my speedometer showed 60kms an hour while I have my cruise control was set to 120kms. Then my vehicle sped up to try to reach 120kms which I was already going and almost put me into the back of a bus. They called me and said my diff vent was broken off.
