By far the best ford dealer I’ve gone too for parts and service absolutely fantastic customer service and informing of time frames and expectations even willing to take my car to help my diagnose issues. The only dealer between Edmonton and Calgary that I’ll ever ever trust to take my car too!!
AVOID THIS PLACE. Had to use a second account to leave another 1 star review. The service is that bad here. Received a text that 1 of 2 parts ordered 3 months ago arrived and Northstar wants to install it. Still haven't rectified the no brake issue their technicians caused. Talked to the advisor over text, seemed to want to finally get around to fixing the issue. Then suddenly stops replying right up until closing time, then gives the "leaving for the day" excuse after sitting on the phone on hold trying to get a response to... read more
