I hope I save you money and time. The sales person was excellent and had good intentions but he probably doesn’t have the product at his home. We have had the product for one year, give or take. Our neighborhood has break-ins and unfortunately the two times we have experience this, our door didn’t work. I’ve had tech support come out, they do charge to come out.
