Steve is a great coach that will scale the workouts to your starting position. I truly appreciate the people here at Northstar. Everyone is here to become better physically and mentally. Everyone at Northstar is so welcoming and fun. The coaches are willing to help me modify anything I need and never give me a hard time about all my aches and pains. I don't feel like I have to compete, but if I want to, I can. I stretch myself when I feel like I'm ready. Because of this, I've seen incredible improvements in my strength which adds to my confidence as I age. I'm one of the oldest in the gym, and I feel like I belong there.

If you are looking to start CrossFit this is the right gym for you. Super relaxed, great coaches and the members are incredibly supportive of each other.
