Offer refunds on products that don't smell as they should. First-order and told there are no refunds. Ordered lemon verbena and it smells nothing like the various other vendors. Just order their samples first I was told. So if you are thinking of ordering get samples first. Just figured it would smell similar to the rest and it just gives you a headache just to work with it and smells like floor cleaner.☹️
I purchased the ultra strong sampler pack. was so excited to get it and so disappointed when I opened it. the fragrances were not strong at all. that was $21 wasted.

This was my first order from this company. I must say how impressed I am with their packaging of my order. Everything was expertly labeled and packaged to not cause any damage to another item. The fragrance oils were double wrapped. I have ordered from several companies, and I must say, this has been the best so far. I will be ordering again!!!!

As with any business, Holidays are anticipated, by their filling their own orders as well as other peoples. But never have been better treated than by this business...Go Northstar!!!
Absolutely love their oils. Strong, true to form. Great customer service, they always reply promptly. I always get my orders promptly!
I was so excited to find this company but I've called and left messages twice, sent an email and sent a fb message regarding an out of stock product and a month and some change later no response. Makes me leery of ordering. Customer service is everything!
