This business is very dishonest and deceitful. I purchased a pressure washer pump that A manufacturer stated would work with my model. I paid approx $161 with free shipping. When i had to return it they deducted a 20% restocking charge of approx $30. They also had stated on rma form that i was informed of this fee. Which is another of their great traits of lieing to customer. Stay away there are other companies out there that dont treat customers like this. And their prices are higher than others. We had excellent service. EVERY question was answered or Clean Energy heater was delivered the same day we ordered it. The tech was out the the day after we set it up to confirm unit was working properly. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great products and excellent service.....
Worked with Gary and he was great. We decided on a floor scrubber cleaner that would meet all of our needs and he set up shipping for us right away.
Absolutely hands down the best place around, these guys are not only kind and professional, but they absolutely know what they're doing. I will never ever ever ever go to another place. I would like to say that if you came here and had a bad experience I would pay your bill!!!
