Nikki was super friendly and easy to connect with from the moment I entered. She was very solution-oriented, offering suggestions, reviewing my own skin care and identifying areas to adjust. She tackled my acne issue at the root immediately asking if I had visited a functional clinician since my acne is hormonal. During the facial, Nikki talked me through the process and tools and what she was doing and products she was using as she was working on my skin. NBB is my happy place. Nikki is a true artist and always knows what my skin needs. I love that it’s a high impact session without taking up more than an hour. As a busy mom, that’s important. I’m counting down the days until my next monthly facial.
