I had the pleasure to deal with Bobby and his team, when I purchased a second hand car from their dealership. Not knowing where their dealership was when I contacted them through Carsales. I honestly cannot say that I have had a worse experience in my life buying a car. I purchased a 2004 Holden Adventra that has had nothing but problems. The deal was made to have the car serviced and new battery installed. When I got the car, it was not serviced, the battery was not installed, the boot struts were completely damaged not allowing the boot to stay open. I questioned the honesty on the roadworthy and now to find out the car is leaking alot of oil after only 700km. Yes the salesman gave me a refund for the items ... read more
While I can honestly say the communication with Tracy was amazing, it is unfortunate my positive experience stopped there. My initial issue was that my car had gone into limp mode and showing an engine warning light. I am realistic that the cause could have been something major or something as little as fuel quality. After just over $1000 spent I was sent away with a part(coil) they had lying around which ultimately was the fix, while I was to wait for a new one(a few weeks has gone by now and I have not heard anything regar... read more
