Terrible customer service. Hounded me daily with daily texts when the invoice for payment isn't due for over 20 days.
I am failing to understand how this company is being allowed to continue to operate. Oh yeah, that's right, because no one tells you what company the anesthesia will be through, let alone how awful they are until you're dealing with their billing department. THEY DON'T CARE. They will bill you hyper inflated prices and refuse to send any type of legitimate itemized statement, refuse to acknowledge certified letters requesting such and completely ignore any effort to settle for a fair market price. Horrible billing and customer service
They are the Walmart level anesthesia, had 2 of them, too long to describe nonsense and low level of communication, ethics and skills. ,
So NorthStar Anesthesia provides Anesthesia services for MedRVA and the surgical center at West Creek in Henrico Virginia. My wife has had surgery on the books with this center for several months. 2 days before the surgery NorthStar Anesthesia refused to do my wife's surgery due to an incident that happened years ago 2 days AFTER surgery while at home.
