If I could give zero stars I would. I get an email every two weeks threatening to send me to collections because their billing department is incompetent. My insurance calls them once a month because they have no idea what they are doing. They literally hold their hand and walk them through how to bill them and they still mess it up everytime. It’s been over a year and it’s still not resolved!
Erin Wilson of NorthStar - Pro Anesthesia services of KY working for Baptist Medical Group missed our epidural 2x. We were robbed of a natural delivery and had more pain and trauma as a result. This is supposed to be a 98% effective procedure. We did not have an ultra high BMI. NorthStar has over 180 anesthetist nurses in Jefferson County and Hardin County KY, stay away at all costs!
If I can give no stars I would. Worst anesthesiologist ever, John Thomas Frankland. He overdosed me and covered it up. I do not recommend this group if he is apart of it. They also billed more than my surgeon. Be careful using this group. I will post photos soon to prove my case. Thank you for the reply. I am more than happy to post photos showing my evidence.

Disabled veteran with VA insurance. The bill has been completely paid through the hospital and this company is relentlessly sending bills and threats to pay for something that has already been paid for through the VA. Shameful, disrespectful and unethical behavior from this company.
