ZERO stars. I don’t ever usually leave company reviews. This is a HORRIBLE CORRUPT COMPANY. Poor customer service. My husband and I remember being told by 2 sleazy salesman that we can cancel our account any time after 2 years. NOT CORRECT. Shame on us for not reading the fine print!! So, because we are honest people that take accountability for ourselves we paid the additional 3 years of service without the software even working! It is after 5 years you can cancel your services with them. BUT, they make it close to impossib... read more

Deactivated my services and sold me to ADT after I finished paying for their equipment. Now I have a bunch of useless equipment (that doesn't work with ADT) and have to pay for a brand new installation. Feels illegal -- pick another alarm company, ANY other company.
Have had miserable experience with this company, wish I was not in contract with them, can’t wait for contract to be done.
