Regret, nothing but regret wish never hear about them never sign a contract. REGRET that all. Joke of alarm all the way., Horrible customer service, Cheap devices, Haughtiness and cynical attitude at the time to tell you if you don't want us just pay the unwanted and forced contract we have a way to screw you and make stay stuck with us for an extra 18 months. so just pay us
There doesn't appear to be an option less than one star. I cancelled service over 8 months ago... and since they "autorenewed" my contract... I'm out ~$500, because they have continued to to charge for 9 months after cancellation. Obviously cancellation means nothing to them. Maybe in one of the conversations that I had regarding cancelling my service someone along the line could have mentioned that the contract had just renewed?
Horrible customer service i sold my home called them told them i would cancel when my contract was up now they are telling me i need to have sent them a 90 day notice and since i didnt my contract will be extended for 18 months
