After my car was hit, they offered to fix my car up for me. I asked for the lights to be replaced and bumper repainted. They first misunderstood my instructions, then they painted the wrong colour. The lights came back same as before - it wasn't replaced. The front bumper was painted white, not the pearlescent white that I've asked for. The paint cracked in some spots and was uneven in other spots - you can see the drip marks.
