Errors in billing, sent correct information 6 months ago and now getting collections notice on bill that was supposed to be taken care of. No bills were sent between correction and this notice. Cant get through to someone by phone. Horrible billing process and customer service!

My bank affirmed that they had cashed my check a full month earlier. Pandemic mail delays exacerbated their s*** time lines and poor record keeping.
