Kevin was absolutely brilliant from the start! When I called up, he thoroughly explained all the different price points, and as to why ceramic is better but without making me feel pushed to go with the more expensive option. I ended up going ceramic, and when he told me it would be around 2 hours, he wasn’t joking. He manages his time extremely well and held up to his word the whole time.
