The vets and nurses did all they could for our beloved whippet Mr Bear. Sadly his condition was beyond any relief or intervention and we were with him as he was put down. The staff were extraordinarily compassionate and thoroughly professional in all that they did to support us in this very sad time.
I would highly recommend The Pet Specialist! My much loved Sookie was one of the first patients through the doors of the amazing new clinic. She was so well looked after and they did everything that they could to look after her. I would always trust them to provide the best care possible with the top experts in Sydney.
The entire team was exceptional. A special thank you to the reception staff for going above and beyond in organising my gap insurance claim—your efficiency and understanding made the process so much easier. The surgery residents Bruce and Carissa, have gone above and beyond planning my dogs surgery and their expertise in pain management ensured my dog is as comfortable as possible whilst at home. Thank you for treating my dog like your own.
Awful. We used to think that Northside were great... until an extremely unprofessional showing by them prompted us to try other Canberra vets where we really learned what a top-shelf vet looks like. The receptionist here kept us waiting for more than two hours, always telling us "not long now'. We have an anxious dog that reacts to the environment so if she had been honest we could have gone to the nearby park for the two hours then bought a calm dog into the practice.
