We went through a real journey with our pup Charlie. Last week we went for a check up after not having been there for a month or so. Charlie was so excited to see Dr Josh and greeted him like he only greets special people on his life. Not only did Josh and the team save our precious pup, but it was obviously done with care, compassion and a connection to the animals they treat.
We wanted to leave our sincerest thank you to Dr Elizabeth Thrift and the team at The Pet Specialists for taking care of our little Maru. Please pass this on! Our dog was sick for over 2 months, which no other specialist vet could get to the bottom of. Dr Thrift’s approach was medically logical, efficient and effective - she was able to order the right tests to find the cause. I can’t thank Eugene and Bruce enough for helping my little girl’s movement. I had a number of specialists look at my dog’s case, as it was very baffling - but it was Eugene who solved it. His knowledge, skills, persistence and care was outstanding. I will be forever grateful to Eugene.
This a 0 [zero] star!! Google should change its rating system!! This is a warning to pet owners who love their pets like a real child - don't bring them here if you want them still alive!! The vets have lack of compassion! You will definitely be a contribution to their high monthly targets! Not one of the vets has even bothered to call / text/ email us to express their [fake] sympathy for our beautiful boy who's now forever resting.
