I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star rating. My Grandparents brought their beagle mix in to have a “pretty common procedure”. She was 7 but otherwise very healthy. They received a call that the surgery went well and they could pick her up between 3-5. When my Grandmother called to say she was on her way, the staff found the pup in an extreme allergic reaction. When my Grandma arrived they told her her dog had a swollen throat and her tongue was swollen and hanging out. They were trying to reverse the effects and to come ... read more
Vet Care, Grooming and Boarding I went to Northside to have my kitten fixed. They are the only vet in town that takes the animal certificates. They have a big, clean, well decorated office. They carry lots of prescription dog and cat foods. They have a huge parking area. They also offer grooming and boarding. The staff is very rude and seem non caring about your pets. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the new curbside service at Northside. I called today, and they were able to get me right in for a same day appointment. I didn't have to wait very long at all once I was there. Thanks so much for being so available in a time like this.

I had bad experience with my previous vet. my baby boy fell off table. I was so scared to bring to another vet. Got to meet amazing vet tech and vet. who understood my concerns coming back to vet. Held my boy on table like big baby he is. when trying to exam him. my baby wouldnt hold still. they didnt mind bouncing in when needed. I go back three weeks and I ask for same team. katie the vet was amazing. the whole staff was amazing. Thank you for your guys help.
Had an emergency with our dog yesterday- the staff was unbelievably nice, the Dr was wonderful. Can't say enough wonderful things about them!
I trust them with my dog who is my whole heart, my hero. So that says alot.
The staff were very nice and friendly but I took my cat Lyndon in bc we couldn’t get into our regular vet as soon as I wanted and Northside was recommended to me by a friend. He’s been treated for something similar when he was younger and he bounced right back. And he got tests done, antibiotic shots etc. spent nearly $200 and he didn’t seem to be getting better but I figured it might take a day or two and he passed away just a few days after his visit. We were very upset.
