This place is terrible. I had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attornye General. Last year they kept saying we will be out to pick up your mower. Right. They never showed up. This year my mower needed a starter. My wife called them and they sold us a used part. THE PART DIDN"T WORK. We took teh part back and Teresa was SO RUDE! They charged a restocking fee and then said to another customer that we didn't know what we were doing! i know what I am doing...so I called the attorney general cause these peopel are thieves and li... read more
The ladies that helped me with my lawn mower parts where very good,and knew there stuff. I would recomend this bussiness to anyone needing to do it yourself lawnmower repair.
One of a dying breed! A small faminly owned business that really cares about their customers and really doing a GREAT job with service. Highly reccommended! Fair prices and quality service. Great selection of John Deere equipment and very good advice on what to purchase. No high pressure sales and they won't over sell you.
