I was told by the gastro department that I wasn't allowed to stay in their (mostly empty) lobby while my wife went for her procedure, which I've never experienced anywhere else. This is not a covid concern because the unprofessional lady behind the counter wasn't masked. She told me to use the waiting area on 1. There are 4 chairs right in front of the door where the freezing cold air blows in. Not much of a waiting area. Dr Graham Matthew diagnosed me just by looking at my hands and he was spot on. I didn't realize how close to dying I was. Dr Kanyan Xiao is always very kind and considerate, when I am seen by her.
