I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After waiting several weeks for an appointment, I was informed upon arrival that I would need to pay $700 upfront for an ultrasound. This cost was never communicated to me beforehand. Instead of providing an estimate in advance, they waited until I was physically present at the appointment to disclose the charge. From the moment I checked in, it was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly! My nurse, Charlyn, and the entire MRI staff were so kind and made the process much easier for me. I didn’t experience a major wait time and everything was efficient. I would not hesitate to come back here again!

The wait time at this location has always been poor, I forgot until I'm here and waiting said I would not use this location again but here I'm it was two people in front of me at 830 I'm still waiting for a chest x-ray at 936 wow
Horrible customer service. I was 15 min late (still arrived before my appointment time but was a little late for the 30 minutes they need for check in). I waited 90 minutes after check im. Nobody said anything to me and when I asked they said that I had to be fit in because I was late. I just left. They don't have any respect for your time. Go somewhere else
