Waste of time. The self enrollment for the MyChart website is malfunctioning. I gave up on getting it to work and went in for my appointment for the time I was told. When I got there they said someone should’ve told me I was supposed to be there 30 minutes before the time I was scheduled and they’d have to reschedule me weeks out after waiting weeks for this appointment. I’m never coming here again. This hospital is horribly unprofessional. Do not waste your time, or your insurance on this facility.
The techs during my procedure we so incredibly sweet! ( I forgot their names but she was a strawberry blonde tech & a student that was shadowing). They were both so comforting & caring during my appointment! They made is super easy and helped to ease my nerves. These two definitely made the whole experience better! Sweetest girls 🙌
I spoke with Kyle at the Towne Lake location, He was extremely helpful and thorough! I’ve had several experiences with him and his customer service is always top notch! Very friendly and caring. It’s had to find these days but much needed because you never know what someone is going through. Thanks Kyle! Bless you!!
We just want to thank nurse Cindy for going the extra mile and getting my results read and then calling me at the very end of the day. These ladies were wonderful.
I had a biopsy today at this location. Kelly was my nurse. She was so precious! Caring, attentive and extremely helpful. She kept me at ease throughout the whole experience. I told her before I left, she was born to be a nurse. The ultrasound tech and the Dr were very nice as well. I would highly recommend this location for any issues you may have. It was a nicer than expected experience.
