Recommended***EXCELLENT CHOICE I decided to give this place another shot after hearing they are under new owners, did not disappoint! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the 2 gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly. It’s not something I enjoy doing, paying tags or renewing DL’s but at least this place was fast and friendly service. Definitely telling people about this place.
I had a great experience with the new management there. They helped me with some complicated titling. I really recommend people giving it a try again if you visited a year ago before the new owner. Also, great location.
It was so bad I contemplated moving to another state.
New ownership is amazing, what a big change to the service and priority of the customers! Thanks bunches!
I had a terrific experience and usually I do not with tag agencies in the past due to rude employees and a super long line.
Once again, this place has been proven to be ignorant and rude. Twice, I have given them the chance to redeem themselves. No more. Today was the abdolute last straw, for me. How they stay in business is beyond me! Do yourself a favor and let me save you some grief. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! Anyone who knows me, knows I usually do not engage in expressing my opinion. But, I truly want to save you the trouble. I would have called them to complain, but I have done that before. They do not care
Worst customer service I've ever received from ANY business EVER!!! The old lady who works there is RUDE!!! And also a LIAR!!! My advise to anyone who reads this is to go SOMEWHERE ELSE for your tag or driver's license or any other service provided by a tag agency. Totally not worth the blood pressure spike!
This tag agency has some of the rudest people working there. Not sure what causes them to be so rude but my advise is if you do not like your job then find a new one but don't take it out on customers that are coming in or calling with questions that you have answers to.
