I wanted to share my amazing experience and thank the staff for helping me. I went to get a preop scan for surgery coming up. I recently moved to NC and drove 3 hours for my scan. When I arrived I was told it was canceled by my doctor with zero contact. With the unfortunate mistake made by my doctor the staff here did everything they could to help me and get my scan complete so I did not drive all that way for nothing. Customer service is awful, i get your busy and maybe short staffed, there's a way you speak to patients.
I’m not sure how these people received a 4 star rating. The staff is loud and extremely unprofessional!! Everyone can hear what your there for which completely goes against HIPAA compliance. This location is bad and they don’t communicate with the people who do the pre-registration or scheduling. It was just a horrible experience. I will never go back again!!!!
Took great care of my mom. Asked additional questions when the order was incorrect.
