Such a wonderful experience. Michelle and the team really took the sting out of dealing with a little accident that left me feeling extremely annoyed with myself. Despite obviously being a very busy and heavily booked business, they were so quick to assist, get me in for repairs, and give me a loan car when my repair didn't turn out to be an on-the-spot fix as planned. Everyone was so kind, friendly and accomodating - I felt genuinely looked after. I truly appreciate their care - highly recommend!!!
We received unprofessional behaviour from Michelle (reception) by being called rude for requesting a simple assessment and quote. She denied us basic service and was visibly angry despite our calm demeanour. Please consider providing training to any front desk staff you have as this attitude just cost you a potential customer. Thanks.
The team here went above and beyond! Really appreciated the kindness, help and clear communication when my car was brought here after an accident. Guys in the workshop made sure I recovered everything from the car once it was written off. Thanks Wayne, Scott, Michelle, Anthony and all the team at Northside smash repairs. Highly recommend.
