My car battery completely failed and died one week after service. This is obviously not included in their checks. Pretty disappointing. Customer service is also not amazing.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews. In fact, I hate that I have to do this, but I'll be without a car for well over a week waiting on a warranty part and have been denied a loan car. This is entirely unacceptable, and I've received zero support from the dealership to get a vehicle. I'm so disappointed because I've generally had good experiences here. I'll likely never buy another Hyundai if this is the customer support I receive.
The team at Northside Service Centre are outstanding. Having had a not so great experience at another Kia branch in Brisbane over my last few services, I decided to give this location a go. Their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Michelle and Bianca in reception are also both super lovely and helpful!

I popped in today after attempting to replace wipers on my carnival, clearly I had some issues and needed help 🤦♀️ the staff here were amazing! They were kind and incredibly helpful and within 10 minutes I was on my way again and my wipers were on properly! Thank you so much
