They sent me a reminder in the mail for my breast screening (since it had been 3 years after having my mass tagged) telling me to follow the QR code to make an appointment, so I did. After arriving to the appointment the rude elderly lady at the front desk told me I have to have a referral or they won't do the screening. Horrible experience. I was FORCED to pay (or my appointment would be canceled... a week prior to appointment). Turns out, they charged me $450.00, but they didn't actually get insurance authorization. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card. I was given 3 phone numbers (all "out of service ") and I gave up. I never had procedure.

One of the best imaging centers in this side of Georgia. I was in and out in less than an hour however, the staff is so friendly, kind and attentive from beginning to the end. Why wouldn't I refer them to family and friends! Thank you!

I have been to MANY Northside facilities over the past 10 years, and not one has been pleasant from beginning to end (with registration, check in, scheduling, etc) This location has been 100% amazing. The staff deserve 100 stars. They are SO HELPFUL and amazing. I have a family member from out of town here , and he needed imaging. Arrived at 8:15 AM, came with my 18 month old son to have his left lower leg x-rayed. Completed paperwork within about 15 minutes with a super nice front desk lady. Sat in the waiting room for approximately 40 more minutes with one person walking out and no one walking back to receive an x-ray. There were three other patients in the waiting room.
