Don't go here! Customer Service it's horrible. If you ask for any information they won't go the extra mile to serve the customer. They just say is no available or you have to call in another moment because I'm the only one here. Unbelievable!! The prices of the MRI are outrageous! $12,000 to $15,000. Run!!!
They sent me a reminder in the mail for my breast screening (since it had been 3 years after having my mass tagged) telling me to follow the QR code to make an appointment, so I did. After arriving to the appointment the rude elderly lady at the front desk told me I have to have a referral or they won't do the screening. Well, on the appointment information it makes the referral sound optional saying "if" you have a dr order to bring it. Horrible experience. I was FORCED to pay (or my appointment would be canceled... a week prior to appointment). Turns out, they charged me $450.00, but they didn't actually get insurance authorization. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card. I was given 3 phone numbers (all "out of service ") and I gave up. I never had procedure.
One of the best imaging centers in this side of Georgia. I was in and out in less than an hour however, the staff is so friendly, kind and attentive from beginning to the end. Why wouldn't I refer them to family and friends! Thank you!
I have been to MANY Northside facilities over the past 10 years, and not one has been pleasant from beginning to end (with registration, check in, scheduling, etc) This location has been 100% amazing. The staff deserve 100 stars. They are SO HELPFUL and amazing. I have a family member from out of town here , and he needed imaging.
