Bait and switch!!! Quoted $52 self-pay to read film, billed $693! First tier unempowered. Can't talk to supervisor - Left three messages over 17 days, still no callback. It gets better. FF 3 years. Diagnostic was in network, but then transferred to radiologist that wasn't! A first for me. $1144 should've been ~$263. 'Oh, it's the patient's responsibility to check all of the fine print...' Yes. So many bad reviews re billing. I agree. My insurance paid, yet NRA is trying to bill me an exorbitant amount that I do not owe. You won't be seeing me again. Get your act together and stop trying to cheat patients who already have enough bills to pay.

Seems that I’m not the only one having to deal with their billing department. And errors were on their end. Changing practices ASAP! Good heavens.
