Sadly our medical system is broken. Even with insurance I paid over 2k for an MRI which is old technology. I thought that my bill would cover everything but then within 30 days of my procedure I got 2 additional bills not covered under my payment. The facility was fine but the costs were astronomical high. Without insurance the bill would have been 16k
I do not have have a good review. They may not be aware of the No Surprises Act. I was told one thing on the phone, the same when I arrived then hit with a surprise bill a month later. No one bothered to return my calls from billing after I called to speak with them and asked them to escalate it so I could get a return call. Shady at best and very disappointed because the staff were nice but when you violate federal law or provide misinformation, it tends to change your thoughts on the business. Know your rights ....
