Simple administrative error took over an hour on the phone to address. I was transferred between departments like 6 times and the last representative was impatient and rude. I’ll have to wait 30-60days to see if the error was fixed.

I've spent countless amounts of time and repeated phone calls to try and resolve a billing issue. I'd be on hold for :30 and :45 minutes per call. They kept billing me for something insurance had already paid for. I FINALLY found out that NRA had put the wrong code on the claim, so now it will be re-submitted to insurance. I see why their general rating is so low. The medical staff was really good, so it's unfortunate that Northside billing staff isn't trained very well in their jobs.

Unethical business practices with billing. I spent 3 weeks getting insurance to pre-authorize an MRI. I show up and am told my portion will be ~$900. This was a big surprise. So I ask for total cash up front price. That will be $655 - OK... Paid. 2 months later my insurance was billed for another MRI fee, and MRI reading fee from Northside Radiology associates. resulting in an additional $300 charge to me. This unethical company billed an additional $1,215 for a scan done by Northside Imaging that i paid $983 in full per the quote at the time of the service. I would invite anyone who is unhappy with this company to join me in a class action lawsuit against their duplicate billing.
