My experience at Northside Cherokee Cancer Institute has exceeded above and beyond my expectations. I blindly chose a location from approx 5 locations. I have no doubt that I made a great choice. So far, I've made contact with at least 5 Doctors from the Cancer Institute. Each of the doctors has presented compassion, concern and dedication to my diagnosis and care. They speak to me with so much confidence and positivity that I'm left feeling the same way. It's hard not to feel any other way.
Good luck getting a call back for an appointment. I have called and left messages. Still waiting for a call back. Last resort is I will have to go up there and make the appointment myself.
Called the office three times, left a message at 3:10 on 3-25 never got a call back. Called 4-26, got the scheduler, who said they always call back, she was not very pleasant. Called 4-27 at 10:26, left a message and never got a call back. The office closes at 4:30. I have given up on this place.
Not very helpful or informative..seem to be in it more for the money.
