The customer service and office staff is less than satisfactory. I have never been able to log into the patient portal. I have emailed and called. They send out a link and the link asks me to create a new account. Then it takes me back to create a new account again. I cannot get anyone to help me navigate this issue with me. The office staff that I have spoken to on the phone are friendly until there is an issue. They mailed my sleep study, but I never received it. I was referred to Northside pulmonary bye my minor infectious disease doctor Rayaputi. Dr. K. Was an angel to me and make my experience through these stressful times very pleasant. I personally recommend their practice to anyone looking for pulmonary, and sleep medicines. They did not hesitate to jump on my case, I seen the doctor week one and did a sleep study in the same week, after my second visit the third week she sent me to Northside GI where she performed a procedure on my lungs. Dr. Nayak always listens to me when I come in always makes sure I'm that if I need anything I'm prepared to get better or stronger to he'll up
Multiple surprise charges, as well as incorrectly billing me for thousands of dollars more than I owed. The doctor that saw me seemed to be in a rush, talked EXTERMELY fast, and wanted to just talk the whole time about what he knows and not the individual issues I was having.
