I was referred to Northside pulmonary bye my minor infectious disease doctor Rayaputi. Dr. K. Was an angel to me and make my experience through these stressful times very pleasant. I personally recommend their practice to anyone looking for pulmonary, and sleep medicines. They did not hesitate to jump on my case, I seen the doctor week one and did a sleep study in the same week, after my second visit the third week she sent me to Northside GI where she performed a procedure on my lungs. Multiple surprise charges, as well as incorrectly billing me for thousands of dollars more than I owed. The doctor that saw me seemed to be in a rush, talked EXTERMELY fast, and wanted to just talk the whole time about what he knows and not the individual issues I was having. After meeting with Dr. Calahan, I had high hopes that I found a practice that would be everything "it" said it would be when I had my initial visit. Nothing could be further than what I experienced. From telling me how 'great' AeroCare is supporting their practice/patients to letting me know they have a 'dedicated' internal staff/team to work out any and all 'kinks' for the patient/customer to quick resolutions to issues - I didn't experience any of it.
