I waited over a year for a critical appointment and had a horrible experience with Emma. After reading reviews from people who shared the same experience regarding her gaslighting and rudeness, I felt compelled to make a formal complaint to Ahpra. Now I am alone and in need of help for something I already waited so long to get an appointment for and feel an overwhelming sense of why bother, if this is the way you're treated by the people who are meant to help you.
Emma is amazing , highly recommend
I highly recommend this place. I was recommended to see Emma by a friend and have felt very safe and comfortable. EMDR has helped my anxiety so much and have noticed so much benefit from the sessions!
