Waited for an hour only to be told the wait would be another hour for nurse practitioner to come in Been going to this Dr Office for a long time and it has really gone downhill
I had an awful experience here today. I arrived around 2:35 for my 2:45 appointment. The waiting room was empty except for one person who arrived five minutes after me but was seen right away. Meanwhile, I waited alone for an hour. Two people even walked out while I was waiting. Another person walked in, and when I went to ask how much longer it would be, I was told it could be another 1–2 hours. That person who just arrived was called immediately. I had a recent visit to Hospital and wanted to share my experience. While I was incredibly impressed with Dr. McMahon, who was absolutely amazing – thorough, compassionate, and truly excellent in their care – I've encountered significant issues with getting my blood work results. My results have not been provided or updated in my patient portal. I've tried to reach out multiple times to resolve this, but I'm consistently transferred to voicemail or given other numbers that lead to dead ends. This lack of communication and ac... read more
Dr McMahon was absolutely amazing!!!! He was so kind and actually listened to me. He came up with a whole new treatment plan and I am super excited. Diabetes is not fun but Dr McMahon made me feel like I am not alone.
I saw the group back in 11/2022 as a well visit. I was only there for a regular visit and to get some refills on some chronic medications. I happened to cough while I was there and the physician happened to mention "I can prescribe something for that". I said sure and didn't think much about it. Obviously they changed the billing from well visit to sick visit and I received a bill 13 months later for the visit.
