I had a recent visit to Hospital and wanted to share my experience. While I was incredibly impressed with Dr. McMahon, who was absolutely amazing – thorough, compassionate, and truly excellent in their care – I've encountered significant issues with getting my blood work results. My results have not been provided or updated in my patient portal. Dr McMahon was absolutely amazing!!!! He was so kind and actually listened to me. He came up with a whole new treatment plan and I am super excited. Diabetes is not fun but Dr McMahon made me feel like I am not alone.
I saw the group back in 11/2022 as a well visit. I was only there for a regular visit and to get some refills on some chronic medications. I happened to cough while I was there and the physician happened to mention "I can prescribe something for that". I said sure and didn't think much about it. Obviously they changed the billing from well visit to sick visit and I received a bill 13 months later for the visit. Grateful for a doctor who listens, is patient, and truly cares about helping his patients feel better.
Dr. McMahon and staff are the best! Not once have I ever felt rushed. He listens carefully and addresses all of my concerns patiently and clearly. Dr. McMahon even took the time to personally call and check on me when I had pneumonia last year. What doctor does that these days!? His support staff is the perfect complement to him as well.
