They guaranteed they could repair my genset. I waited a month for a visit from a tech. He came out and said everything looked ok, but he would need information from Cummins. That was a month ago and I’ve called at least 8 times and was promised a call back that never happened. I called and asked to speak to the owner, but he’s unavailable too.
