We’ve been getting pizza and dough here for years, but the quality has completely dropped. Tonight, the dough wouldn't stretch and just peeled apart. When I called to let them know, they admitted they've noticed the issue too, but just told me they 'hope it’s better next time'—and then they'd consider giving me a credit. So I guess I'm just out of luck for tonight? There won’t be a next time. This comes right after our last order, where the pizza tasted like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours. Done with this place.
Burrito was very good. Crispy chicken salad was really good also.
👏😊 I originally had a really disappointing experience here, the overall experience just wasn’t great. My order wasn’t correct and there were missing items. I was very frustrated. Waited for ticket time only to arrive and Nathan wait on me and went to get my two pizzas I ordered when one of the other walked over and told him I was the order that they didn’t make the “other” pizza. But I could wait another 40 minutes and have one pizza be nasty from sitting there and still pay for them both with a discount on the “other” pizza. Being the one male knew about it the entire time, seems it could have been addressed prior to my arrival at the restaurant.
