Just waited 45min past my ticket time to be told my order was never made. Then was told I can make it OR refund you. Terrible service.
Nothing else like it!
Called them after I’d been waiting over an hour on a Wednesday evening for 1 pizza and one order of fried pickles, told them I’d like to cancel the order and get refunded. Manager said the delivery driver was just a second away and to tell him we cancelled when he got to the house. It had now been well over another half hour and he still hadn’t showed up.
Used to be great, seems like bad management is ruining it. Pizza is good other than the buffalo chicken missing buffalo sauce the last two times I ordered it. Had a mix up a couple weeks ago where they didn’t deliver my pizzas. They called, explained what happened, offered a refund. Waited another 40 minutes for the first pizza to get delivered.
