Absolutely fantastic physios! I saw Connie for postnatal. She was so wonderful and somehow managed to make a 6 week postnatal fun, which is a hard feat. She was incredibly informative and thorough and made me instantly comfortable talking through anything. I also saw Hayley for migraines, who was another top-notch physio. I felt in great hands with, literally, she is obviously very knowledgeable and helped me immensely with acute symptoms and for long-term recovery. Highly recommended for anyone!

The pilates sessions are expertly tailored, combining challenge with care, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and cared for.
