I made an appointment after the receptionist informed me they deal with DVA patients and would send the forms/reimbursement to DVA for approval on my behalf. After my appointment they charged me the full amount plus the amount for a retainer which I paid. I have asked multiple times for a letter to provide to DVA eventually with a different patients letter being sent to my email address with their personal information.
