Super friendly staff. Special mention to Sarah who is always extremely friendly no matter what time of day. Every one is very helpful and tries to help use your health fund as best they can for you.
I made an appointment after the receptionist informed me they deal with DVA patients and would send the forms/reimbursement to DVA for approval on my behalf. After my appointment they charged me the full amount plus the amount for a retainer which I paid. I have asked multiple times for a letter to provide to DVA eventually with a different patients letter being sent to my email address with their personal information. Vanessa has great bed side manner and always engaged my teen boys - not the simplest sometimes ;) She was professional and supportive of both of the boys journeys at Northside Orthodontics. As they say it takes a village and I want to complement all the staff who work together and a big shout out to Miracle and the team she leads - always flexible and courteous along the journey. Miracle hands down brilliant customer focus!
