Went to Northside Nissan for servicing my Car & to do couple of things to the Car & met the lovely Jack the Professional Service Advisor!! He is very knowledgable, honest and explains everything clearly. He is an asset to this Company. Thanks for everything Jack🙂 Parham Rahmani
Bought my car new at this dealership and have had it serviced there regularly since. Booked online and was quoted a price only to be told on arrival that there was an extra charge for fluids that was listed as included. The woman at the counter was extremely indifferent so left. I am now booked with another dealership for my service and they confirmed that all fluids should be included. Beware, Northside are not interested in helping the customer in any way. This is not the first incident I’ve had with them.

I recently purchased an X Trail from Northside Nissan & I received exceptional & first class service from Emma, Kim & Arjun. The staff took the time to properly provide a good briefing of the vehicle's functions/features. Thank y'all so much!
