I bought a car from these guys about four and a half years ago, and I’ve been very happy with it. Recently, I blew a tyre on the way to Albany, but RAC came out and fixed it quickly—no problems with the car at all. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! They will tell you work has been undertaken, but don't actually do the work requested. I requested a balance and rotate of my wheels, marked them prior to dropping off and just collected car only to find it's not been done. Not a huge expense, but does make you question what else they tell you has been done and actually hasn't....purchased from new here and returned for every service since, sadly will not be returning again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! - TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I took my car in for a routine annual service, which was supposed to cost $950, and ended up with a final bill of $6,500! They added $5,550 in extra charges for so-called "inspections." One of them was a battery inspection for $500 even though a brand new battery only costs around $250. To make things worse, they called me and claimed certain parts needed replacing, but all they actually did was inspect those parts and still charged me the same price as a full replacement.... read more
Poor effort on service department - paid for a task and it was not carried out...
Went to Northside Nissan for servicing my Car & to do couple of things to the Car & met the lovely Jack the Professional Service Advisor!! He is very knowledgable, honest and explains everything clearly. He is an asset to this Company. Thanks for everything Jack🙂 Parham Rahmani
