Kurt at Northside Motorcycles was very pleasant to deal with. He was very patient and answered all my questions while I paced back and forth between my two shortlisted bikes trying to make my mind up. He wasn’t pushy, or trying to upsell me/influence my decision. The whole purchase process was hassle-free and streamlined from start to finish - and of course I’m very pleased with my new Ninja 500. Great service
I recently purchased a triumph scrambler from Kurt and the process was quick and easy. He organised everything and kept me up to date at every step. The mechanic also went out of his way to assist. Very happy all round.
Very disappointed with the service I received. When I booked my motorcycle in, I explained it wasn’t running properly and was told they would check the spark plugs during the service to see if it was running dirty, and then give me a call if any further repairs were needed. I waited the entire day with no updates, only to be told the bike was ready for collection—no checks were made, they did not check the plugs, and I was charged $500 for what was essentially just an oil change.
