Every staff member checks you’re being looked after. Service was very quick and efficient & the showroom, for years had looked good with a huge variety on show, not crowded. Great experience. Thanks !!
I have found Northside Motorcycles unusually expensive for even basic workshop services. For example, they charged $93 for a loose wheel tyre change. And I took the old tyre back, so no disposal fee. The final insult is that Northside didn’t even mount the tyre correctly (didn’t align the light spot on the tyre with the heavy part of the wheel). Better and (much) cheaper options elsewhere.

I bought my bike at Northside in 2008 and since then they have serviced same, replaced tyres and done necessary works since. I got them to do my pink slip today, they are able to do this on the spot, noting I usually call a few days before to see what would be a good time on such and such a day. I have also bought helmets, jackets gloves, kevlar lined pants, boots etc their over the years. The people at Northside have always been cheerful and helpful, nothing is a problem and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
