Walked in. No one at the service desk. No one around, wanted to make a purchase. No one said hello or even acknowledge me, my two boys. Walked around, saw one guy. On the phone, another staff looked at us, said nothing. Then staff were at the service counter. Enquired about an oil change, got a quote and left.

We Broke a rear axel on our yamaha viking. (Bummer) Stopped in and the staff got me off loaded and machine into to the shop for repairs.. We will be back on the trail after they fix it up for us. Thanks Northside.
Damon went far beyond for service !! Met me at 7:30pm and stuck around until 8:30 to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend
