They are the ABSOLUTE worst. The "RA's" who are the so called "residential advocates" do NOTHING to advocate. Instead, they insult you if you dare to speak your mind, lie about you, and hang up the phone on you mid-conversation. I returned this behavior once when I called for maintenance to come fix a broken shelf while I was putting away groceries.
