The staffs and the doctor are nice.. Highly recommended for kids specially with kids having autism.. They accommodate us..
I attended the clinic last week with a really painful infection in both my ears and was in tears. I was impressed by how quickly I was seen and the kind and compassionate care I received from the reception staff, triage nurse Trinity and GP Dr Katie, thank you so much for all you do. I wish we had more urgent care clinics because they are really helping the community, when you are in pain and unable to get a GP appointment for a few days access to the urgent care clinic is extremely helpful. Extremely disappointed with the way my 9-year-old daughter and I were treated at this urgent care. From the moment we walked in, the triage nurse (Amelia) showed absolutely no compassion, warmth or professionalism. Her manner was abrupt and dismissive. Incredibly inappropriate when presenting with a sick child. There was no guidance, no courtesy, no attempt to make an anxious parent or child feel comfortable.
