2+ hours to see the TRIAGE NURSE. Absolutely not “urgent care” Need more nurses and doctors on shift immediately. Horrible experience when you’re already in extreme pain.
The staff were very friendly and it was truly a life-saver, to be able to see a doctor after hours free of charge.
This has gone down hill. When I arrived with my toddler at 11,45, there were only 5 other people waiting. Yet, we were there for 4 hours, after which there were about 30 people waiting and the reception staff announced the wait is around 2-3 hours. Now this can only mean one of two things - either they lied, or they triaged my 4-year-old with fever and neck lumps to be bottom priority and hence our wait for much longer. My son was seen and checked by a nurse there who saw our situation with our disability and my being a single parent. He was super helpful. Highly recommend using this clinic.
I injured myself which left me im a state of emergency, i meet two wonderful nurses who had me up and running in no time, gosh i was very lucky to come out of it the way i did, the nurses Tayla and Kayla helped patch me up and i was off on my way in no time, the clinic is a wonderful place to go in a time of need, gs thanks nurses without your help i could have been in alot of trouble.
