Excellent service and friendly doctor
All staff are very caring and professional.
Friendly staff how ever went in there with back problems and my sick 5 year old had us sitting around for over 4hours with out seeing a doctor felt completely medically neglected went to another urgent care was seen to in less then 40min worst experience in my life
THE FRONT RECEPTION YOUNG WOMEN WAS A ROBOTIC RUDE PERSON SHE SAID WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MEDICARE AND OTHER CLIENTS DID HEAR THIS THIS TOTALLY MAKES NO SENSE I GAVE UP TO BE A CLIENT
Came here for the first time as my son sustain a dog bite unfortunately there was only one doctor present and there was a fair amount of people waiting to be treated at the time. We waited almost 3hours to be seen by a doctor. Was a bit disappointed with the long waiting time unfortunately, please have 3 doctors at least so people can be treated fast and be encourage to come for ‘urgent’ care assistance.
