MRI - nothing good to say
This was my second time using this location and it's been great each time. The team member who reviewed my insurance benefits and paperwork was friendly, efficient, and professional. I belive her name was Doniesha (sorry if misspelled) and it felt like talking to an old friend. Angela was my technician, also had an appointment with her last year, and she was also friendly, professional and efficient both times. Both of these team members deserve a shout out for making the experience exceptional!
Incompetent staff. Showed up to my appt after I confirmed it twice to find out they had not gotten authorization and couldn’t get the MRI done. Go elsewhere.
Saw Sarah early this afternoon. Sarah the Ultrasound tech is absolutely phenomenal. She went way over and above today. I wont list the details but what an incredible caregiver and Northside employee. She deserves a big raise and or bonus. Exemplary person and caregiver. . JM.
I got an MRI, X-Ray and CT scan done at this location and the staff here are professional, courteous and friendly. Make sure you get an appointment before walking in. Otherwise there is going to be a long wait
