Incompetent staff. Showed up to my appt after I confirmed it twice to find out they had not gotten authorization and couldn’t get the MRI done. Go elsewhere.

Saw Sarah early this afternoon. Sarah the Ultrasound tech is absolutely phenomenal. She went way over and above today. I wont list the details but what an incredible caregiver and Northside employee. She deserves a big raise and or bonus. Exemplary person and caregiver. . JM.

I got an MRI, X-Ray and CT scan done at this location and the staff here are professional, courteous and friendly. Make sure you get an appointment before walking in. Otherwise there is going to be a long wait

These people were so great. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes ahead to fill out forms. They were super nice about all that. Then I was called back to my scan and the technician was very nice. I'm back out in the parking lot in just under an hour.

Thank you to everyone at this imaging center. I called several places and received rude customer services. The front desk lady here was very helpful and acting like she actually wanted to help me. I went in for an ultrasound with Angie last week. Angie is very caring and great at her job. She was very helpful in me receiving urgent surgery. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the care that was needed to help me. I would recommend this imaging center any one needing imaging.
