I try to schedule a new patient appointment for my father, who was involved in a motor vehicle accident and is currently still in the hospital. We were hoping to establish care with Dr. Ia Kue, as we’ve heard great things about her from friends and family. Unfortunately, our first interaction with the office via phone with Elizabeth (hope she didn't give false name), was deeply disappointing. I had a problem with high blood pressure - the front desk worked me in same day and Dr. Pham and excellent nurse took all the time needed to help me. I have been there all of 2025 and I am very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and the practice. Doctor - excellent, nurse - excellent and front desk - excellent. I have been a patient here for 20 years and loves this places before Northside took over. Called to schedule a sick visit and was told because I had not been in 2 years, I would be considered a new patient. I was not allowed to schedule with Dr Munsey who has been my primary doctor my entire adult life and if I want to still use this place I would need to start with a new doctor. I have never been so upset and disappointed in a place of business for not seeing their established patient when they need it most.
I called to have them add a prescription that I have been taking for 30 yrs.. the woman I talked to was Very Rude and eventually hung up on me... I see Why they have Low ratings!
I have tried for the past week to schedule an appointment and the woman in the front desk will not help me. she said she would call me once she verifies my insurance , I received no call after 2 days I call on the 3rd day and she asked a different lady to tell me that she will call me back after my insurance is verified. I need my blood work drawn but the woman working at this office have made it difficult to schedule a day for me to receive the help I need.
