I was helped by Rodrigo from the collision center center, and he displayed above and beyond professionalism and customer service when my mirror got snapped off by a trash can that I ran into when I was a voiding another driver who almost crashed into me. He provided great service in a timely and efficient manner, w/messages and notifications, and he showed above and beyond concern/good will to help me with my problem w/my car. Frank Ramos went above and beyond when he expedited a repair for a rental car I dented. The car was due to be returned to the rental car company in two days, and the repair was completed quickly and pristinely. I did not have to extend the rental car agreement.
