I didn’t buy a car but Mike was so helpful and not pushy at all. I was with my ex-husband and he was very supportive lol. Some sales man are extremely pushy and he was not. Even though yesterday wasn’t the exact day I’m ready to buy my new vehicle I will more than likely be back to buy from him!
We went in not knowing if we wanted to purchase or lease a new ES 350. Everyone we worked with was super helpful, patient, and flexible when it came down to each little decision and detail. Each person was knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions fully. Even though we were there into the evening getting everything finalized, we didn’t feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience at all. Good experience overall.
