I was done right at 11. They have t GG e door spring so tight us older people can't hold on to the door. It slipped from my grasp and shut. My blankets clothes and purse were on the other side. I called the number and got an answering machine . Over the years I gave spent thousands in there. I still couple hundred a month. They ignored my message. I live out of town and am disabled.
